Hohenwald/Lewis County has a skilled labor force that is primed and ready to go to work for you and we can prove it! Working in conjunction with the Tennessee Career Center in Lewis County, we can now prove our workforce’s readiness and have begun to document their individual skillsets.

The Career Readiness Certificate program utilized by Career Centers across the country, gives employers valid assessments of workplace skills and can be catered to the individual companies’ specific needs. The program measures Applied Math, Reading for Information and Locating Information with ACT’s WorkKeys Job Skills Assessment System. Persons can earn a Gold, Silver or Bronze certificate, which will demonstrate to employers the level of current, basic workplace skills each person possesses.
